Learning by Seeing, Speaking and Doing

Well, let's try it. This month I have reviewed "The Learning Revolution" by Gordon Dryden and Dr Jeannette Vos and in it they describe a very quick way of learning to count to ten in Japanese by seeing, speaking and doing. Consider the following:
English Japanese Say Do
If you practise that a few times you will be able to count to ten in Japanese with no problem. So by seeing (having read this article) and then saying and doing, you will have learnt some new information very quickly. What other things can you learn quicker in this fashion?
